The product

The details of an order, in one place.

From a customer’s first request to the documents that go with a shipment, keep the work visible and the decisions with your team.

01 · Know the account

Customer details and prices belong together.

Keep account contacts, delivery locations and purchasing context alongside customer-specific price lists. Your catalog supports selling units, packs, minimum quantities and quantity tiers.

  • Import customers, products and price tiers with CSV or XLSX preview and validation.
  • Assign local price lists and use server-calculated prices for order review.
  • Keep shared shipping address books and delivery preferences for each account.
  • Refresh QuickBooks-owned customer details into V2 without replacing local pricing or address books.
02 · Make the request workable

Turn order text into a draft you can check.

Paste structured text into the order intake workspace. The Morena workflow extracts customer, product, quantity and delivery candidates, then gives your team a place to correct them.

  • Match product SKUs and aliases across your catalog; uncertain matches stay visible.
  • Edit quantities, add or remove lines, resolve duplicates and correct delivery details.
  • Save a shared review draft, return after a reload and resolve competing edits.
  • Choose review-first processing; supported automation still checks current access, mappings and policy.

AI is an optional service

Recognized structured text can be parsed without AI. Unstructured messages require a configured extraction service and an eligible plan. Review results before you authorize fulfillment.

03 · Keep the handoff visible

Review the packing. Follow the order.

Keep order status, packing plans and stage receipts together. Use explicit simulations to practice before enabling real accounting or shipping actions.

  • Review per-order warehouse, carrier service, parcel measurements and unit allocations.
  • Use a managed warehouse and package directory while preserving saved order snapshots.
  • Follow invoice, label, document and tracking stages; uncertain provider outcomes pause for reconciliation.
  • Download private invoice or label documents when available, and generate branded price-free packing slips.

Know the shipping scope

Domestic packing supports multiple parcels. International customs and an inventory reservation ledger are not supported. Real rates, postage and carrier compatibility depend on your connected account and a reviewed order.

04 · Give buyers their own space

A catalog for the account that’s signed in.

Buyers see their assigned customer accounts, catalog prices and orders. Customer administrators and employees can have different price visibility.

  • Build a cart from the current catalog and save it for later.
  • Choose an account’s saved shipping address or enter order-specific delivery details.
  • Review, submit and revisit orders, or start another order from a previous one.
  • Apply your company name, logo and accent across the staff workspace, portal and packing slips.

05 · Connect deliberately

Your company. Your connected accounts.

Each company manages its own accounting and shipping connections. A saved connection is one part of setup; provider access, mappings, configuration and service checks still need to be completed.

QuickBooks Online

OAuth accounting connection, inbound customer refresh, product mapping and fulfillment invoice/document stages. Customer details flow from QuickBooks into V2 only. Local sandbox contracts have been tested; production account acceptance remains a launch requirement.

ShipStation

Supported API-key connection, configured domestic rates and reviewed label purchases. Requires eligible carrier services and a postage spending limit. OAuth is not offered. Live account and carrier acceptance remain pending.

Whapi channel pilot

Selected WhatsApp groups map to customers and review/ignore policies. Requires an active authorized channel, webhook delivery and an Automation entitlement. Independent channel delivery and fulfillment are still being validated; general availability is not announced.
