Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized access to Packzivo at packzivo.com. The service is operated by Aviran Amoyal as an individual (“I”, “me” or the “operator”) and is initially provided for internal business use.

Effective October 23, 2026 · Operator: Aviran Amoyal, an individual

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to your use of the service. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind that business and to access the information and provider accounts you use.

Packzivo is a business operations tool for customer records, orders, pricing and connected accounting or fulfillment workflows. Initial access is an internal pilot, not a public commercial subscription offering. A separate written agreement may govern a specific engagement; it takes priority over these terms only to the extent of a conflict.

2. Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use individual accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to packzivo@gmail.com. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person or grant access you are not authorized to grant.

Workspace owners administer membership, roles, customer access and connected services. You are responsible for actions you authorize and for reviewing your team’s permissions. Access may be limited, suspended or removed when a membership changes or a security issue is identified.

3. Permission to use Packzivo

While you comply with these terms and remain authorized, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Packzivo for your authorized internal business work. Packzivo’s software, design and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Do not use the service unlawfully, circumvent access controls, access another workspace without permission, distribute malware, disrupt the service or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. Do not resell access or present the service as your own without a separate agreement. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.

4. Your records and responsibilities

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of submitted business records and documents. You permit the operator and necessary service providers to host, process, transmit and copy that information only to provide, protect and support authorized workflows, follow lawful instructions and meet legal obligations.

Submit only information you may lawfully use and disclose. Your business remains responsible for its notices, permissions, recordkeeping, taxes, product legality, shipping restrictions and obligations to customers, employees and other people represented in its records. Avoid unrelated sensitive information. Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Packzivo does not replace your source accounting system or your independent recordkeeping. Review imports and maintain necessary copies of important business records. Authorized owners can export supported business data; credentials and certain original files are excluded from bulk exports.

5. Connected services and authorized actions

You choose which provider accounts to connect and must be authorized to grant their requested access. Those providers, including Intuit, ShipStation, Whapi and WhatsApp, have their own agreements, availability, permissions and charges. Packzivo is not Intuit or a shipping carrier, and an integration does not imply their endorsement.

QuickBooks customer synchronization runs from QuickBooks into Packzivo. Other enabled workflows can create invoices or update shipping references. Live shipping can purchase postage. Review company identity, products, amounts, recipients, parcels and service settings before enabling or approving actions. Disconnecting a connection does not cancel previously created invoices, labels or charges, and you may also need to revoke access with the provider.

AI extraction and message parsing may misread text, quantities or addresses. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in business decisions or fulfillment. Simulation results do not prove that a live provider will accept a transaction. Packzivo does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Fees and pilot status

No Packzivo subscription price or recurring subscription charge is established by these terms. A paid plan would require separately disclosed pricing, billing and cancellation terms and your agreement before charging. Payment-provider test screens do not establish an active paid subscription.

Your own provider subscriptions, carrier postage and other third-party fees remain governed by your arrangements with those providers. Authorizing such an action may incur those charges even during the internal pilot.

7. Availability, support and limitations

Contact packzivo@gmail.com for support. The internal pilot may change and may experience interruptions, errors, maintenance or provider outages. There is no agreed uptime commitment, response-time guarantee or service-level agreement under these terms.

To the extent applicable law permits, the pilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business requirement. No warranty disclaimer or other clause excludes mandatory legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap or mandatory arbitration.

8. Ending access and handling records

You can stop using the service and request account closure by emailing packzivo@gmail.com. A workspace administrator can remove members or disconnect providers. Requests affecting an entire workspace require verified owner authority and consideration of other authorized users’ records.

I may restrict access to address misuse, a security threat or a legal requirement, or end the pilot. Where practicable and lawful, I will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve supported business records before closing a workspace. Urgent protective measures may occur without advance notice. No action here erases a transaction already completed with another provider.

Deletion is handled through verified requests, subject to legitimate recordkeeping, legal, security and backup constraints described in the Privacy Policy’s retention section. Access removal alone does not delete business records.

9. Changes and disputes

Material changes to these terms will be brought to affected users’ attention through a service notice or direct communication, with advance notice where required. Changes apply prospectively. If a change requires affirmative agreement, I will seek that agreement. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact the operator about export or closure.

For a dispute, contact packzivo@gmail.com with the issue and requested resolution so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction determine rights and remedies; these terms do not select an exclusive jurisdiction or waive mandatory consumer or other statutory protections. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions to the extent they can lawfully operate independently.

10. Operator and contact

Packzivo is a product name used by Aviran Amoyal, an individual; these terms do not represent that a separate incorporated business exists. Contact packzivo@gmail.com for service, legal or privacy matters. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
